Confirmation

The order is binding when you have received written confirmation from Kvaaleskajakk about payment received. Kvaaleskajakk is then responsible for delivering the products / events you have ordered, at the same time as you become financially responsible for the order. The moment you make a booking, you also confirm that you have the authority to accept on behalf of yourself and any travel companion. You accept responsibility for payment being made to us for all travelers in your entourage. You are responsible for ensuring that the reservation is in accordance with the booking. You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in your party is kept fully informed about what has been booked and about any changes.

Cancellation

Du kan kansellere din bestilling uten kostnad frem til 48 timer før kursstart og guide tur. Innbetalt beløp vil bli refundert i sin helhet ved avbestilling 48 timer før kursstart og guide tur. Ved kansellering mindre enn 48 timer før kursstart og guide tur kan det ikke påregnes refusjon.

Complaints

Any complaints related to the delivery from Kvaaleskajakk must be reported in writing within 5 days after the event. Complaints submitted later than this deadline will not be given any form of financial compensation.

Description of execution

Kvaaleskajakk reserves the right to change tours and programs due to weather conditions. All courses and tours may be changed or canceled for security reasons. In case of cancellation on our part, the amount paid will be refunded in full. The participant who has booked the trip will mainly be contacted by e-mail used when booking. It is therefore important that the participant checks his e-mail regularly for messages.

Responsibility

The organizer is insured for liability through his insurance agent. Participants must have current travel insurance in addition. Kvaaleskajakk can not be held responsible for losses and additional costs due to delays beyond the company's control such as strikes, accidents, illness or other conditions that fall under force majeure. Kvaaleskajakk is not responsible for values brought by the customer, such as bags, glasses, camera / phone, clothes, etc.

The customer's duty

The participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally fit to participate in booked trips. The customer must comply with the rules of order and instructions given by the organizer.

Kvaaleskajakk reserves the right to refuse participation in a trip if the customer is a threat to safety, either for himself or the other participants, or if the customer acts in such a way that he / she is a great embarrassment to the other participants.

Deltakere på våre kurs eller guide turer bekrefter med deres reservasjon at det ikke finnes noen medisinske grunner til å tvile på deres deltagelse i det beskrevne programmet. In the event that a participant breaks his or her participation in a trip or program at his or her own request, he or she is not entitled to a refund.

Disputes

Any disputes between customer and Kvaaleskajakk subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where Kvaaleskajakk is located.
